Elite Cricket Academy and Elite Sports Store are committed to protecting your privacy, and particularly the privacy of children, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Customers and parents/guardians: name, email, phone, delivery address and order history. Payment details go directly to Stripe or Razorpay; we never hold them.
• Junior players (under 18): only with a parent or guardian's consent, and only what the academy needs for coaching and safety (age, emergency contact, and medical information you choose to give us).
• Website visitors: the usual technical data — IP address, browser, pages viewed — and cookies that keep your cart and remember your sign-in.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, run coaching programs, answer your enquiries, improve the store, and, if you opt in, tell you about new stock and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.

Who we share it with

Australia Post and our couriers (to deliver), Stripe and Razorpay (to take payment), our Chennai store for Chennai Direct orders (to ship them), Google Analytics and Meta (analytics and advertising), and our accountants and IT providers as needed to run the business. We never sell personal information.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law allows. Email info@elitecricketacademy.com.au.
