About us

Elite Cricket Academy and Elite Sports Store provide cricket coaching and sports equipment retail from Hoppers Crossing and Pakenham, Victoria. Purchases of stock held in Melbourne are made from Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Pty Ltd (ABN 40 645 800 817) when dispatched or collected from Hoppers Crossing, or Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Pakenham Pty Ltd (ABN 65 694 686 578) when dispatched or collected from Pakenham. The selling company is named on your tax invoice.

Items marked Chennai Direct are sold and shipped by Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Private Limited, Chennai, India. Their price is in Australian dollars and includes postage to Australia. Payment is made through a Razorpay payment link issued by that company after you place the order; stock is held for 7 days and the order lapses if unpaid.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. A parent or guardian must place orders and register consent for anyone under 18.

Products and availability

Stock availability changes constantly. We take care that descriptions and images are accurate; minor variations in colour, grain and finish, especially in natural willow, are normal and not defects.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Card payments for Melbourne stock are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is held for 20 minutes while you pay. Payment is required in full before dispatch or collection.

Orders

An order confirmation is not acceptance of your order. We may cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we have fraud concerns, and will refund any amount paid in full.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the replacement of the goods or a refund of the price paid. Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
