Choose Hoppers Crossing or Pakenham at checkout. Orders are ready in 2–4 days (sooner when the store already holds the item) and we email you when it's waiting. Bring your order number.

Shipping within Australia

Melbourne stock ships by Australia Post. Free standard shipping on orders over $99; a flat $9.99 on orders under that. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (weekend and public-holiday orders on the next business day) and you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking on dispatch. Most deliveries arrive in 2–7 business days. We are not responsible for courier delays or peak-season slowdowns, and cannot accept liability for loss caused by an incorrect address, so please check your details at checkout.

Chennai Direct

Items marked Chennai Direct are held in our Chennai store and shipped straight to you by India Post or express courier. The price includes postage. You place the order here without paying; our Chennai team emails a secure Razorpay payment link within one business day, and we ship the day it clears. Delivery is usually 7–12 days. These orders are sold by Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Private Limited, Chennai, cannot be collected in store, and cannot be combined with Melbourne stock in one order. Nothing further is payable on delivery for orders under A$1,000.
